What You'll Do

• Provide personalized one-on-one physical therapy care


• Evaluate patients and develop customized treatment plans


• Help patients restore mobility, improve function, and reduce pain


• Collaborate with chiropractors, nutritionists, and mental health professionals to optimize outcomes


• Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and wellness strategies


• Track progress and adjust treatment plans to support long-term success


• Deliver an exceptional patient experience while contributing to a positive team culture

✅ What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program


• Current Illinois Physical Therapy License (or ability to obtain before start date)


• Strong clinical reasoning and patient care skills


• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
