Job Description - Drain & Plumbing Sales

Mike Diamond Services is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Drain & Plumbing Sales professional to join our growing team in the construction industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about sales and has a strong understanding of plumbing and drainage systems. As a member of Mike Diamond Services Team, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to meet our customers' unique needs. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge with exceptional sales skills to effectively communicate the value of our services. You will collaborate closely with our operations and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of projects from initial consultation through completion. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the drain and plumbing sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend tailored plumbing and drainage solutions.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales proposals and quotations that align with client requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure accurate project specifications and timely service delivery.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to strategically position Mike Diamond Services Teams' offerings.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
  • Proven experience in sales within the plumbing, drainage, or related construction sectors.
  • Strong technical understanding of drain and plumbing systems and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to interpret technical documents and respond effectively to client inquiries.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
