Job Title: Sewer and Drain Lead Installer

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable, experienced Sewer and Drain Installer to join our plumbing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing sewer and drain lines for residential and light commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have hands-on plumbing experience and a strong understanding of underground utility installation procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and replace sewer and drain lines using PVC, ABS, cast iron, or other approved materials
   
• Perform camera inspections and diagnose drain issues
   
• Excavate safely using hand and power tools, as well as small excavation equipment
   
• Operate equipment such as hydro-jetters, sewer machines, and pipe locators
   
• Read blueprints, site plans, and job specs to complete accurate installations
   
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal plumbing codes
   
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site
   
• Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and team members
   
• Complete job reports, change orders, and required documentation using a mobile tablet
   
• Assist with loading/unloading materials and keeping truck inventory stocked
   
• Uphold Bumble Bee Home Services’ high standards of workmanship and professionalism
   

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in drain and sewer installation or general plumbing
   
• Knowledge of trenching, pipe laying, and grading
   
• Experience operating excavation equipment preferred (mini-excavator, trenchers, etc.)
   
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs., work in trenches, confined spaces, and outdoors in all weather
   
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
   
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
   
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus
   
• OSHA 10/30 certification a bonus (or willing to obtain)
