Drain Solutions Specialist

Action Air Plumbing & Septic is looking for a customer-focused and growth-minded Drain Solutions Specialist to join our growing team.

This is a customer-facing sales role, not a traditional plumbing position. You'll meet with homeowners experiencing drain and sewer problems, use camera technology to identify what's happening, and help them understand their options for repair or replacement.

You do not need to be a plumber - we can teach the right person the technical side of the job. We're looking for someone who is great with people, motivated by results, and confident helping customers make the right decisions for their budget and homes.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY JOB

• Perform sewer camera inspections and identify common drain and sewer problems


• Talk with homeowners about their concerns and what they're experiencing


• Explain your findings in clear, easy-to-understand language


• Develop and present repair and replacement options


• Prepare estimates and help customers determine the best solution for their home


• Follow up on open estimates and opportunities


• Coordinate approved projects with our plumbing and installation teams


• Maintain accurate notes, photos, videos, and documentation


• Meet individual sales and conversion goals


• Deliver a five-star customer experience from start to finish

Plumbing experience is welcome, but it is not required.

Experience in in-home sales, home improvement, automotive sales, roofing, restoration, foundation, windows, outside sales, or other customer-facing sales roles would translate especially well to this position.

TRAINING TO SUPPORT SUCCESS

We'll train you on drain and sewer systems, camera equipment, identifying common problems, our repair and replacement solutions, estimating, and our service and sales process. We provide ongoing training and support to every employee both in-house and through best practices organizations to set every member of our team up for long-term success.
