The Role

Work closely with Sales Plumbers on service calls, diagnosing and clearing drainage issues using professional tools. No dead-end job—this is a career path.

Compensation

• $25/hour + 2% commission = $100K-$150K/year potential
• Weekly pay every Friday
• Monthly spiffs for cross-selling leads for other departments and 5-star reviews

Schedule

• Tuesday–Saturday, 7am start time
• Guaranteed 2 consecutive days off

What You'll Do

•  Serve as the calm, reassuring presence customers see during stressful situations and know how to ease their concerns
• Diagnose drain issues with inspection tools
• Clean drains using augers, jetters, and specialty equipment
• Conduct sewer camera inspections and preliminary diagnosing
• Collect payment from customers
• Maintain drain machines and truck inventory
• Communicate findings clearly with customers and Sales Plumber

Experience Level

• 1–3+ years drain/sewer experience preferred
• Sewer camera inspection experience preferred
• Plumbing apprentices or service plumbers also considered
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
