Full-Time and Part-Time Drivers – Morning & Afternoon Routes (No Midday Work Required)

At ECHO, we're hiring Drivers to transport adults with disabilities to and from our programs in the Leesburg area.

👉 Work a few hours in the morning AND a few in the afternoon

👉 Your mid-day is completely free

👉 No late nights

This role is ideal if you want extra income without a full-day schedule.

🕒 Schedule (Split Shift)

• Monday–Thursday: 6:30–9:30 AM AND 3:30–6:30 PM


• Friday: 6:30–9:30 AM AND 1:30–4:30 PM

👉 Free time in the middle of the day (6+ hours off)

🚗 What You'll Do

• Safely transport individuals to and from ECHO programs


• Assist passengers getting on/off the vehicle as needed


• Create a positive, friendly experience during each ride


• Complete basic vehicle checks and documentation

👉 You're often the first and last person participants see each day-your role matters

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
