At Choice Recovery Path (CRP), we know that getting to treatment is just as important as the treatment itself. We’re looking for a reliable, compassionate Behavioral Health Driver who takes pride in being dependable. Someone who understands that every safe, on-time trip is a step forward for a client working hard to build a better life.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys being around people, values professionalism and confidentiality, and wants their work to have genuine meaning. You don’t need a clinical background, just a caring attitude and a commitment to showing up.

What You’ll Do

•        Safely transport clients to and from appointments, groups, and program services

•        Provide supportive, respectful interaction with clients during transport

•        Maintain accurate transportation logs and documentation

•        Communicate effectively with clinical and administrative staff regarding schedules and client needs

•        Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies

•        Maintain client confidentiality at all times

•        Represent CRP’s values of dignity, respect, and client-centered care in every interaction

What We’re Looking For

•        Valid New Mexico driver’s license in good standing with a clean driving record

•        Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

•        Strong reliability, punctuality, and communication skills

•        Professional demeanor and ability to work respectfully with individuals experiencing mental health or substance use challenges

•        CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire

•        High school diploma or equivalent
