Execute and support early career talent programs including internships, co-ops, and entry-level hiring initiatives
Support the development and implementation of project-based and rotational early career experiences in partnership with functional leaders
Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned universities, academic programs, and early talent organizations
Coordinate and participate in campus recruiting events, information sessions, and outreach activities
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in program execution and candidate experience
Support entry-level hiring programs and early career pipelines for professional roles
Partner with Talent Acquisition, BRE, Corporate Comms, and HR teams to support early talent initiatives
Support career exposure, networking, and learning opportunities for early career cohorts
Support manager education on hosting, coaching, and developing early career talent by leveraging existing tools, resources, and guidance (onboarding)
Assist with development of manager toolkits, FAQs, and standard operating procedures for early career programs
Partner with Hiring Managers to support meaningful work assignments and success criteria for early career participants
Support employees in navigating career pathways and accessing development tools and resources, providing guidance on an as-needed basis
Serve as an internal point of contact for corporate functions on early career program questions, timelines, and best practices
Coordinate performance feedback and end-of-program evaluations
Support annual program reviews by compiling metrics, insights, and preliminary recommendations
Maintain program documentation, calendars, and manager toolkits
Other duties as required
BS/BA degree in Business, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience, training, or certifications AND 2+ years of recruiting experience in fast-paced recruiting environment
Life Sciences industry experience preferred
Must have a strong customer orientation, outstanding communication skills, attention to detail, as well as strong, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills, especially via email, MS Teams, and on the phone
Understands Neurocrine's business objectives and is developing understanding of Neurocrine's services and customers
Has experience in HR/Talent Acquisition while working to acquire higher-level knowledge and skills
Comfortable with tools and processes that support work conducted by functional area
Previous experience with applicant tracking systems
Must be highly proficient with MS Office suite including Outlook
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience

The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $76,800.00-$105,000.00. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 20% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program.
