Early Childhood Coordinator 
 

Meadowbrook Church is seeking a caring and energetic Early Childhood Coordinator to join our MBC Kids team. This leader will create safe, fun, and engaging environments where young children can learn about Jesus and experience His love. The ideal candidate is a dedicated follower of Jesus who loves children, families, and the local church. They are relational, organized, and passionate about building and developing Dream Team members while carrying the vision of Meadowbrook Church with excellence. 
 

Job Responsibilities 

• Lead and oversee the Early Childhood Ministry. 

• Recruit, train, schedule, and develop Dream Team members. 

• Create safe, fun, and age-appropriate environments for children. 

• Prepare and implement engaging biblical curriculum. 

• Build relationships and communicate effectively with parents and families. 

• Ensure classrooms are prepared, organized, and properly resourced. 

• Maintain MBC Kids safety and security standards. 

• Partner with the MBC Kids team. 

• Model Meadowbrook's mission, vision, and values while continuing to grow personally, professionally, and spiritually.
