Early Childhood Education Manager

ProJeCt of Easton, a mission-driven nonprofit in Easton, PA, dedicated to strengthening families through early childhood education and family literacy, is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Education Manager to provide strategic leadership for our high-quality infant, toddler, and preschool programs.

Salary Range: $50,000 - $54,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

As ECE Manager, you will oversee program operations, ensure compliance with Pennsylvania DHS/OCDEL, PDE, Keystone STARS, and CACFP standards, support teaching staff, and promote family engagement and school readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations and maintain safe, developmentally appropriate classrooms


• Supervise, coach, mentor, and evaluate ECE staff and dual-role team members


• Implement high-quality curriculum and monitor child assessments/transitions


• Oversee regulatory compliance, quality improvement (Keystone STARS), and CACFP


• Foster integrated Family Literacy services and strong family partnerships


• Collaborate with the Director of Programs on strategic growth and improvement

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field (Master's preferred)


• 3+ years ECE experience and 1+ year supervisory/leadership experience


• Knowledge of PA early childhood regulations and best practices


• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and cultural competence skills
