  1. Source: A recruiter sources candidates from various sources; the search starts from our proprietary database. Using advanced sourcing methods like social media, professional networking media, internal, and 3rd party job boards, we identify qualified candidates.
  2. Validate: A recruiter validates the candidates’ experience and skill sets against our client’s position.
  3. Initial Screening: Based on the position and the client’s work culture, the recruiter uses initial screening questions to determine the most suitable candidates.
  4. Submit: the recruiter will submit to the technical team qualified candidates who have passed the initial screening.
  5. Technical Screening: The technical team then prepares a matrix of the particular requirements and required experience for the position and using a list of questions and the results, re-validates the candidates’ technical skills.
  6. Background Check: Administrative personnel will provide a detailed background check, as required, per client agreement.
  7. On board: On successfully completing the above steps, the candidates are welcomed on board and assisted to ensure a smooth integration at the client’s location.

Client is seeking for a programmer architect experienced in capture flow program development for Captiva/Documentum systems which will integrate with client’s unemployment insurance system.

The Client is seeking for a developer that is experienced in capture flow program development for Captiva and Documentum systems which will integrate with client’s unemployment insurance system that is under development. This position will be primarily responsible for the development and administration of front-end image and data capture for Digital Document Management. This resource will also be used to make recommendations for process improvement by capturing native born electronic documents from various sources and automatically processing them electronically.

Responsibilities include:

  • Design and programming of capture flows programs for scanned forms using Captiva
  • Development of programs that store unemployment insurance response data from clients in a database, and use web services to move temporary stored data to the unemployment insurance Oracle database.
  • Work with business users to design and develop capture flow work processes and programs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or engineering
  • Three or more years’ experience with Documentum
  • Two or more years’ experience with ECM Captiva
  • Two or more years’ experience with unemployment insurance applications and correspondence forms.
  • Must have programming skills in one or more languages including: Java, C#, SQL, VB
  • Government experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize/re-prioritize and resolve complex problems quickly in a high pressure and time sensitive environment.

Other Requirements:

  • Must work on site in Raleigh NC.

Skill Matrix:

CURRENT experience with ECM (Electronic Document Management) Documentum

Current experience with ECM Captiva

Experience with unemployment insurance applications and correspondence forms

Programming skills in one or more languages including Java, C#, SQL, VB

Government experience preferred

Ability to work in a team-oriented collaborative environment

Proven organizational skills with ability to prioritize/re-prioritize &resolve complex problems quickly in a high pressure/time sensitive environment
