E-Commerce Administrator

Position Overview

The E-Commerce Administrator supports daily e-commerce fulfillment operations, including order packing, shipping, inventory tracking, and coordination with internal departments. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to inventory needs, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for food safety and quality.


• Handle inbound and outbound packages.


• Process invoices and scan items out of inventory.


• Pack individual orders and print shipping labels.


• Work with shipping software, such as ShipStation and FedEx.


• Communicate with Operations and other internal departments as needed to support customer satisfaction.


• Communicate with Elmhurst Customer Service regarding problem orders and resolutions.


• Work with the Warehouse department to ensure fulfillment of orders.


• Log inventory into an inventory tracking system, such as Shopify.


• Help ensure inventory stock is maintained.


• Fulfill marketing sample orders.


• Complete weekly and monthly inventory counts of products and materials.


• Complete weekly Amazon stickering:
  
  
  
  • Approximately 15–20 pallets per week.
  
  
  • Sticker cases and repalletize.
  
  
  
  


• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.


• Ability to multitask effectively.


• Strong organizational skills.


• Effective communication skills.


• Strong time-management skills and self-motivation.


• Experienced with computers and internet research.


• Reliable and dependable.


• Ability to work effectively as a team player.


• Logistics/shipping software experience preferred.
