eCommerce Merchandising Manager

Job Description

• Develop and execute the merchandising strategy aligned with the overall vision of the Dashing Diva brand, enhancing the shopper experience across our eCommerce business
• Establish actional plans to drive conversion and AOV through product placement and positioning across online campaigns – display, email, video, LPs, cross-selling, consumer reviews, site search, and ad placement
• Oversee site improvements such as sales section and markdown cadence
• Partner with product team and marketing team to ensure the most attractive and relevant product assortment and collection with a focus on unique opportunities such as online exclusives, effective cross-sell opportunities, and DTC promotional calendar
• Communicate cross-functionally with business stakeholders, a third-party agency, and executive management for various project management
• Interpret requirements and create project plans to meet schedule and quality goals with a team of four, including eCommerce operations and customer service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, Marketing, Merchandising or related/equivalent field
• 5+ years’ experience in online merchandising preferably in a DTC environment
• Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent written / verbal communication
• Possess a high awareness of sales analytics, brand goals for growth and site navigation
• Strong understanding of UI, consumer digital shopping behavior
• Performance-driven, self-motivated for achievement
