Ecommerce Web Associates

Hot Buys, a new retail store hiring all positions including Web Associates for the e-commerce division. Hot Buys is a multi business company that has a full ecommerce division selling on various marketplace websites. Ecommerce experience is preferred, but not required.

Web Associate responsibilities include....

*Listing new items on various marketplace websites. This includes researching and establishing the product price, photos, and description.

*Daily shipping of orders received on the web.

*Recieve and manifest new inventory.

*Fulfill, process, and mail all web orders

*Maintain organized stock areas

*Perform all housekeeping tasks at end of shift to maintain store and stock area

Job Requirements:

• Basic computer knowledge: Microsoft Office
• Strong spelling and math skills
• Demonstrate strong organization, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and with the team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous ecommerce experience (Ebay, Amazon, Walmart, Etc.) preferred but not required.
