The base salary range for this position is $250,000 to $394,000. The position may be eligible for a role specific discretionary bonus, relocation, and/or other compensation elements. The Executive Director, Information Management is responsible for budgeting and allocation for data (>$50 million annually), planning, negotiating terms, providing actionable information through dashboards, reports, and ad hoc analyses (as necessary) for all levels of Field-based Medicine, Therapeutic Area Medicine, Marketing, Value and Access, and sales forces. The information and insights are used to monitor performance and assess effectiveness of customer-facing teams and direct promotion efforts, and other programs and projects as required. In addition, the information is used as input to short and long-term forecasts (including incentive compensation goals), the integrated brand and customer plans, and to health system key account segmentation and planning.
This role is also responsible for building and directing the Shared Services function supporting all other teams within Information Management, Analytics and Insights by adopting the AI enabled data product design and implementation.
