Educator Phlebotomist

In this role, you will lead the training and development of new inpatient phlebotomists and PCT staff, ensuring excellence in specimen collection practices and blood draw techniques. As a champion for quality, you will drive improvements in critical laboratory metrics, including blood culture contamination rates, blood banding accuracy, and specimen integrity. Through hands-on coaching, mentorship, and ongoing support, you will help team members strengthen their skills, improve performance, and deliver high-quality patient care.
