Eaton\u2019s FFD Fluid Filtration Division division is currently seeking a EHS \u0026 Facilities Supervisor. This is an onsite role working M-F daylight hours!\n\nThe expected annual salary range for this role is $86000 - $126000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.\n\nPlease note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. \n\n## What you\u2019ll do:\n\n \nThe EHS \u0026 Facilities Supervisor will lead all maintenance and facility operations across a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role will be responsible for the reliability of production-critical equipment, oversee plant utilities and systems, and manage all Capital Expenditure (CapEx) projects. Additionally, this role will be the key owner and driver of the site\u2019s environment, health, and safety (EHS) initiatives in alignment with Eaton\u2019s MESH program. This individual will report directly to the Williamsport Plant Manager.\n\n \nJob Responsibilities \n \n\n\n\u2022 Develop, implement, and maintain Preventive Maintenance documentation and processes. \n\u2022 Coordinate with Manufacturing Manager all priorities to ensure needed support for manufacturing activities \n\u2022 Control of all maintenance / utility\u2019s expenses. \n\u2022 Coordinate with Engineering / Manufacturing departments the installation of new equipment or production lines \n\u2022 Coordinate with outside contractors to carry out specific maintenance and repair assignments \n\u2022 Supervise maintenance activities for buildings and facilities, building painting, landscaping, small repairs and utilities maintenance \n\u2022 Knowledge of OSHA and local regulations \n\u2022 Oversee plant utilities including compressed air, chilled water, boilers, and power distribution. \n\u2022 Manage Preventive and Predictive Maintenance schedules \n\u2022 Manage capital and facility upgrade projects (CAPEX) \n\u2022 Compliance with Eaton environmental, safety, accessibility, and MESH standards \n\u2022 Train and mentor team members on quality \u0026 safety/EHS processes and best practices. \n\u2022 Support plant\u2019s safety \u0026 regulatory requirements \u0026 comply with MESH requirements. \n\u2022 Responsible for maintaining the site\u2019s EHS roadmap and compliance calendar requirements \n\u2022 Manage incident reporting and corrective actions. \n\u2022 Develop and maintain SOPs, workstation risk assessments, and safety protocols.\n\n## Qualifications:\n\nBasic (Required) Qualifications: \n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree from an accredited institution or current enrollment with expected graduation. \n * 3+ years in maintenance, engineering, facilities or industrial operations \n * 1+ year of supervisory/team leadership experience \n * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and within the future\n * No relocation benefit is being offered. Active-Duty military service members are exempt from this geographical area limitation\n\n\n\nTechnical knowledge: \n\n * Knowledge and competency to effectively deploy LOTO, TPM, OEE (required)\n * Knowledge of extrusion machines and welding machines\n * Experience using maintenance management systems\n * Interpersonal and influencing skills, ability to coordinate\n * Organizational skills, ability to multi-task and problem solve\n * Understanding of Microsoft Office packages\n * Strong ability to plan and execute own work initiatives\n * OSHA standards\n * Ergonomics\n * Understanding of 5S+ \n\n\n\nPreferred: \n \n\n\n * Project Management Experience\n * Experience with facilities maintenance (Electric, Water, Site Repairs, Etc.)\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Mechanical / Electrical fields\n * Leadership including coaching and change management\n * Familiarity with ISO standards and regulatory compliance\n * EHS/MESH assessment experience\n * Certifications (Preferred): ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), ISO Lead Auditor, OSHA certification \n\n\n\nWe are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for all job applicants and employees.
