Job Description - Electric Service Coordinator

We are looking for a Electric Service Coordinator to join our team!

What you’ll be doing: 
  • Assigns technicians and coordinates scheduling of service orders.
  • Monitor the dispatch board.
  • Forecast workload for 2-3 days out.
  • Work with supervisors for manpower coverage issues.
  • Provides training on dispatch software and functions.
  • Monitors schedules and coordinates with customers and technicians.
  • Point of contact for customers when follow-up arises.
  • Keeps the Customer Experience Representatives updated with technician availability.
  • Respond to technician questions in a timely manner.
  • Tracking of technicians’ time at calls, geographical locations, and efficiency.
  • In depth knowledge of the duties and skill levels of the technicians.
  • Quoting repair prices to customers.
  • Prepare and track permits for all jobs.
  • Call customers to schedule return repairs and sold estimates.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Successful Candidate Must Possess the Following Qualifications:
  • Desire to be part of a winning team.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Geographical knowledge of the area or excellent map reading.
  • Customer service and computer experience.
  • Knowledge of HVAC Industry a plus.
  • Advanced Customer Service skills.
  • Excellent Communication Proficiency.
  • Organizational Skills.
  • Teamwork Capacity.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Geographical knowledge of service area.
  • Flexibility.
  • Time Management.
  • Attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Good to excellent spelling and grammar with written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent time attendance.
