Job Description - Electric Service Coordinator

We are looking for a Electric Service Coordinator to join our team!

What you’ll be doing:

Assigns technicians and coordinates scheduling of service orders.
Monitor the dispatch board.
Forecast workload for 2-3 days out.
Work with supervisors for manpower coverage issues.
Provides training on dispatch software and functions.
Monitors schedules and coordinates with customers and technicians.
Point of contact for customers when follow-up arises.
Keeps the Customer Experience Representatives updated with technician availability.
Respond to technician questions in a timely manner.
Tracking of technicians’ time at calls, geographical locations, and efficiency.
In depth knowledge of the duties and skill levels of the technicians.
Quoting repair prices to customers.
Prepare and track permits for all jobs.
Call customers to schedule return repairs and sold estimates.
All other duties as assigned.

Successful Candidate Must Possess the Following Qualifications:

Desire to be part of a winning team.
High school diploma or GED.
Geographical knowledge of the area or excellent map reading.
Customer service and computer experience.
Knowledge of HVAC Industry a plus.
Advanced Customer Service skills.
Excellent Communication Proficiency.
Organizational Skills.
Teamwork Capacity.
Ability to multi-task.
Geographical knowledge of service area.
Flexibility.
Time Management.
Attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Good to excellent spelling and grammar with written and oral communication skills.
Excellent time attendance.
