Job Description

• CANDIDATES WITH ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE ONLY!!!

• Researches and designs electrical systems for integration into various fixed wing platforms.

• Interpret customer requirements to research, develop and document electrical designs using applicable industry

Skills

Mandatory:

• Ability to work under little or no supervision

• Familiarity with SAE AS50881 design guidelines

• Understanding of ANSI/ASME Y14.100 or related design and drafting standards

• Ability to perform electrical analysis (loads analysis, RF analysis, worst case circuit analysis)

• Ability to create and review all electrical drawing types (schematics, cable harness, etc)

• Experience with AutoCAD or similar 2D design software tools

• Demonstrated previous success working in a team based environment to meet objectives

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written

• Active DoD secret level clearance

Desired:

• Familiarity with C130 or other fixed wing aircraft

• Experience with programming environments Labview and/or Matlab

• Experience with the an engineering change process and/or configuration control process

• Experience with Catia V5 or other modern 3D parametric modeling program
