Electrical Engineer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience.


• 3+ years of relevant, hands-on electrical engineering experience, preferably in a heavy equipment or machinery environment.


• Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems (e.g., 12V/24V DC, hydraulic controls, PLCs, sensors).


• Experience with retrofitting, wiring, and troubleshooting complex systems.


• Comfortable working in the shop, as well as visiting customer sites or rail yards.


• Ability to work independently and take initiative on problem-solving tasks.


• Excellent communication and documentation skills.


• Willingness to travel occasionally for field service or support.
