Salary: $100,000–$170,000 annually, based on experience level

The Opportunity

A growing, well-established company on Long Island is hiring two Electrical Engineers to strengthen its analog, mixed-signal, and power electronics design team. You'll step into a hands-on role where your circuit design work directly shapes new products from concept through production. Whether you're building your career or ready to lead technical direction, this opportunity scales with your experience.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Design, develop, analyze, and verify analog/mixed-signal and motion control hardware
  • Participate in every phase of product development, from requirements definition through design, verification, and production support
  • Run circuit simulations, conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and optimize designs for performance and reliability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality designs on schedule
  • Support existing products while driving new product development and continuous improvement initiatives
  • If hired at the Senior level, provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and guide project planning and key technical decisions

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required; Master's preferred for Senior-level candidates
  • 3+ years of experience for Engineer level, or 7+ years for Senior Engineer level
  • Strong background in analog and mixed-signal circuit design, including A/D and D/A converters, signal conditioning, amplifiers, filters, oscillators, and control circuits
  • Experience with power electronics, including DC/DC converters, inverters, and motor drive circuits using MOSFET, IGBT, SiC, or GaN technologies
  • Knowledge of motion control systems, including BLDC motor control, feedback sensors such as LVDT, resolvers, and encoders, and control theory
  • Experience with analog/mixed-signal ASIC design and simulation tools such as LTspice, PSpice, OrCAD, Allegro, or similar circuit design software
  • Familiarity with thermal, EMI, reliability, and worst-case design analysis preferred
  • U.S. Person status or the ability to qualify for applicable U.S. export authorization
