Standard Work Schedule:

• Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm. MUST be willing to be flexible as jobs may change.   

Position Summary:

The Electrical Field Supervisor - Multi-Family will organize, manage, and oversee complex projects and all phases of installation activities under the general supervision of Project and Operations Managers. This role is responsible for supporting the organization’s project execution, development, and implementation efforts while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with Romanoff standards and expectations. The Electrical Field Supervisor - Multi-Family is responsible for customer service, high-level problem solving, personnel development, project performance, and team accountability across multiple projects and field operations.

Position Responsibilities:

• Oversees Foremen and/or Project Superintendents on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Supervise and direct installation crews, field staff, PCIs, and subcontractors.
• Monitor daily field operations to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
• Follow and enforce all Romanoff policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Train, mentor, and provide onsite support to field employees to ensure quality workmanship and continued development.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and other departments to ensure project scope, timelines, and expectations are clearly understood and executed.
• Resolve field issues, deficiencies, or disputes in a timely and professional manner, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Maintain knowledge of all applicable City, State, and Federal codes, regulations, and safety standards related to construction and installation practices.
• Provide updates, reports, and communication to leadership regarding project progress, challenges, and resolutions.
• Manage labor, materials, tools, and equipment to support efficient project execution.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Electrical Responsibilities

• Inspect and review electrical work performed by field staff and subcontractors to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and code requirements.
• Ensure electrical installations are completed according to plans, specifications, and project schedules.
• Monitor productivity and staffing needs to maintain project timelines and budgets.
• Enforce electrical safety standards and job site compliance to reduce risk and prevent accidents.
• Coordinate electrical field activities with Project Managers and other trades to support overall project success.

Qualifications:

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent
• Required: 5+ years of relevant experience in a leadership role
• Required: Strong knowledge of Electrical codes, regulations, and best practices
• Required: Strong ability to manage and motivate a team.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting and lifting.
• Must be able to pick up, lift, carry and move up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions (including heat, rain, cold and wind) while wearing appropriate PPE.
