Hourly Rate: 
$40.00 - $42.00 

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing
  commercial and industrial electrical projects
  
• Responsible for managing mid -rise
  multi -family residential apartment buildings
  
• Experience leading a team of up
  to 30 electricians, assigning required daily tasks 
  
• Job site management of materials
  for work to be completed
  
• Tracking manpower for specific
  tasks and assuring efficient execution
  
• Coordinating and communicating
  project updates with the office team regarding change orders and other
  pertinent project information
  
• Successful completion of projects
  within scheduled deadlines and budgets
  
• Strong communication with the
  project manager, client and other trades
  
• Able to complete and deliver
  as -builts and project closeout documentation
  

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in
  commercial, industrial, and mid rise residential multi family projects
  
• Must have 6+ years of leading a
  team of electricians
  
• Four year training with
  accredited electrical school required with journeyman certificate
  
• Company van provided with gas
  card 
  
• Possess excellent communication
  skills, professional demeanor, and detail oriented
  
• Must possess strong knowledge of
  NEC
  
• OSHA 30 or willing to obtain
  
• Must have valid driver's
  license
