Electro-Mechanical Technician I Night Shift

Job Overview
We are hiring an Electro Mechanic I to support night shift production in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment. This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex production equipment to ensure reliable operations, minimal downtime, and safe performance. Candidates with strong electrical, mechanical, and PLC troubleshooting skills are highly desired.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial manufacturing equipment
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems
• Diagnose equipment issues to reduce downtime and improve performance
• Support production machinery including blown film, sheet extrusion, flexographic printing, lamination, slitting, and related converting equipment
• Work with PLC systems, motor controls, drives, sensors, and automation components
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and plant procedures
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams for efficient operations

Required Qualifications

• Industrial manufacturing maintenance experience OR military experience in equipment troubleshooting and repair
• Experience maintaining and repairing manufacturing equipment in a production environment
• PLC troubleshooting experience
• Knowledge of industrial motor controls and electrical systems

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to blown film, sheet extrusion, flexographic printing, lamination, slitting, or related manufacturing processes
• Experience in high-speed industrial production environments
