Sub Teacher Source partners with schools across Detroit and Hamtramck, and we need dependable substitute teachers for kindergarten through 8th grade classrooms. If you enjoy working with kids and want flexible work that makes a real difference, this role is for you.

You choose the days you work, and you pick assignments that fit your schedule through our online portal. Lesson plans are provided for every assignment.

Requirements

• At least 60 college credit hours, with official sealed transcripts
• Original Social Security card and a valid photo ID
• Pass a Michigan Livescan fingerprint background check (fee of about $70, paid by the candidate)
• Reliable transportation
• A positive, dependable presence for students
