Elite Service Professional

Cetera is currently seeking an Elite Service Professional for our MVP Advisor Service team located in Dallas, TX.  This is a unique opportunity to join our team in providing operational support and world-class customer service to our clients.  There is potential for this to be a hybrid role based on a successful training period.

Core Responsibilities:

• Cultivating meaningful connections with advisors, their teams, and clients to foster continuing relationships.
• Establishing oneself as the primary point of contact for advisors’ clients, providing comprehensive guidance throughout their journey, assuming responsibility from inception to successful resolution
• Proficiently addressing queries regarding brokerage operations, advisory accounts, and direct business, spanning from assisting with new account setup to managing transactions and servicing requirements.
• Empowering advisors with exceptional support, harnessing innovative technologies to optimize their productivity and achievements.
• Efficiently utilize our advanced CRM tool to meticulously record and track service requests, ensuring prompt and accurate follow-up.
• Provide in person/virtual training to clients and advisors, as well as utilize experience to provide training to peers on complex topics as necessary.
• Able to assist with the most complex cases and escalations from Senior/Service Professionals
• Responsible for mid to high level escalations partnering with department leadership to resolve issues with clients / Advisors.   
• Train and mentor other Senior/Service Professionals
• May manage workflow and productivity of the team, escalating to Leadership as necessary.
• Project work and technology release testing in lower-level environment as necessary
• Monitor and assist with questions from team

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for the department

• Bachelor’s Degree

   

Minimum Required Education & Experience: 

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3 years’ experience in the financial industry
• 3 years of experience with MS Office tools

• Licensing (if applicable)

Compensation:

The salary range for this role is $68,000 - $86,000 plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to a skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location. Compensation ranges may differ in differing locations due to the cost of labor considerations.
