Requirements

• Must hold a USCG Master License. (100T +
  preferred )
  
• Minimum 3 Year
  Experience as a trainer (experience from any industry will
  count)
  
• NSBC / US Powerboating
  Certifications Preferred (Not Required to
  Apply).
  
• We WILL Train and
  Certify Enthusiastic Captains.
  

• Ocean -Based
  Captains:
  
• 
  USCG Master License  [OUPV - ->
  500T+]  ( Required )
  


• Towing Endorsement ( Nice to Have )
  


• Sailing Endorsement ( Nice to Have ) 
  

• Lake -Based
  Captains:
  
• 10+
  Years Experience or USCG Master
  License

• Can commit at least 4 Days (ie 30 hours)
  a month
  
• Must love
  helping new boat owners/people

  Must be comfortable using phone / tablet to access apps
