Use campaign results and audience insights to recommend improvements to future marketing efforts.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across customer-facing channels.
Monitor social conversations, comments, and emerging content trends relevant to the brand and our audiences.
Support company promotions, contests, giveaways, employee communications, and internal engagement initiatives in partnership with HR.
Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in email marketing, social media, digital marketing, content creation, or marketing communications.

Experience with social media management and publishing platforms such as Buffer, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and similar tools.
Comfortable reviewing marketing performance data and using insights to improve campaigns.
Strong organizational and project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Creative thinker who enjoys developing new campaigns, content, and engagement ideas.
