About the Opportunity

Implement4 has partnered with an established restoration company in the Houston market to identify an Emergency Response Coordinator to help launch and grow its emergency response division.

Our client has built a successful business generating approximately $6 million in annual revenue through complementary restoration services and is making a strategic investment in expanding its emergency response capabilities.

The program will be led by an industry professional with more than 35 years of executive leadership experience in restoration, including successfully developing and implementing emergency response operations for multiple organizations.

This position offers the opportunity to work alongside an experienced industry leader while helping establish a responsive, relationship-driven emergency services program in one of the nation's busiest restoration markets.

Position Overview

The Emergency Response Coordinator will serve as one of the first points of contact following residential fire losses, helping homeowners begin the recovery process while coordinating emergency mitigation services.

The primary focus of this position is developing relationships that lead to residential fire restoration opportunities. As the program grows, the role will also support business development efforts within the multifamily market.

Success in this role requires someone who is comfortable working in the field, communicating with homeowners during difficult situations, and representing the company with professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities

Emergency Response

• Respond to residential fire losses and assist homeowners through the initial stages of the restoration process.
  

• Coordinate emergency mitigation services with internal operations teams.
  

• Maintain clear communication with customers from first contact through project handoff.
  

• Ensure a professional, compassionate, and timely customer experience.
  

Relationship Development

• Build relationships with fire departments, insurance professionals, property managers, and referral partners.
  

• Represent the company professionally within the community.
  

• Identify opportunities to expand referral networks throughout the Houston market.
  

Business Development

• Generate residential fire restoration opportunities through consistent field engagement.
  

• Support the continued growth of the company's emergency response program.
  

• Assist with developing multifamily relationships as the division expands.
  

Program Support

• Work closely with leadership to help establish processes, communication standards, and operational procedures.
  

• Maintain accurate documentation of response activities and customer interactions.
  

• Support continuous improvement initiatives as the program grows.
  

Qualifications

Required

• Previous experience in restoration, emergency services, insurance restoration, or business development.
  

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  

• Comfortable working in the field and responding to emergency situations.
  

• Professional, compassionate, and customer-focused demeanor.
  

• Ability to build long-term relationships with homeowners and referral partners.
  

• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
  

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  

Preferred

• Experience responding to residential fire losses.
  

• Existing relationships within the restoration or insurance community.
  

• Knowledge of emergency mitigation processes and insurance restoration.
  

• Experience working with residential property owners and multifamily communities.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $80,000–$100,000
