Emotional Wellness Coach-(LCSW)

Job Description:

At Next Level Medical, our Emotional Wellness Coach (LCSW) plays a crucial role in improving the mental and emotional well-being of our patients. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, the Emotional Wellness Coach provides comprehensive mental health support and guidance through evidence-based practices. Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' emotional and mental well-being and develop personalized treatment plans
• Provide individual therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to patient care
• Monitor patient progress and make appropriate adjustments to treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient assessments, interventions, and progress
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current on best practices and new advancements in mental health care

Pay Range:

The salary range for the Emotional Wellness Coach (LCSW) position is $60,000 - $78,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

FLSA Status:

This position is classified as Exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Texas.
• Must be willing and able to obtain multi-state licensure as needed to support Next Level Medical’s operations. Required licensure costs will be paid for by Next Level Medical.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience providing mental health services.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team while demonstrating a commitment to Next Level Medical’s core values.
