Schedule – Full Time, 8hr shifts, Monday – Friday

What you will be doing: You’ll be responsible for performing a variety of clerical and administrative duties, in compliance with government and management directives. 

Essential functions: 

1. Monitor and coordinate all administrative, processing and communication involved in the student performance evaluation system including documentation, scheduling and privilege cards for regular, special and extended evaluations. 


2. Process and distribute program area evaluation forms from CIS and each evaluation department.


3. Assist students in routine matters as they relate to the student performance evaluation system and refer non-routine matters to appropriate staff. 


4. Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties, prepare specials reports, maintain files, records and statistical data as required, receive telephone calls and visitors. 

Education and Experience Requirements: 

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Two (2) years related experience or training. and computer (Microsoft) proficiency a plus. 


• Must type at least 60 words per minute.


• Valid driver’s license in the state of work with an acceptable driving record required.
