Our client, a well-known regional law firm with a national presence is seeking an Employee Benefits attorney with 4-9 years of experience. This can be a remote or in-office position. The ideal candidate will have experience with Employee Benefits law including ERISA, the design, establishment, maintenance and operations of various retirement, welfare, and fringe benefit plans, employee benefits laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. This is a client focused firm with an excellent reputation including numerous Chambers rankings.
The estimated annual base salary range for this position is $120,000 – $165,000. Actual base salary will be based upon criteria such as experience, qualifications and skill level.
