Employee Relations Consultant

Work Schedule: 
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week working typically Monday thru Friday, day shift.  Off peak hours may also be required.  Position will work primarily remote, with some onsite work required for various meetings for residents living in Wisconsin or Illinois.

Oversee, coordinate, and assist in resolving a wide variety of human resource issues at UW Health.

We are seeking an Employee Relations Consultant to:

• Work effectively in fast-paced environments while managing complex employee relations matters with discretion and sound judgment. 
• Navigate sensitive workplace issues, maintaining accurate case documentation, and managing multiple priorities in a timely manner.
• Experience with employee relations case management systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree In business or related area Required
• Master's Degree In Industrial Relations or related area Preferred

Work Experience

• 3 years Employee and/or labor relations or other related leadership experience Required
• 5 years Employee and/or labor relations experience or Preferred
• 6 years Human resource generalist experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP Preferred
