What You Will Do

• Handle a diverse caseload of employment litigation matters, providing strategic legal counsel to clients.


• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client needs.


• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.


• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive legal strategies.


• Mentor junior associates and contribute to their professional development.


• Stay updated on employment law trends and legislative changes to inform client advisories.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 2–10 years of experience in employment litigation or related legal fields.


• Strong understanding of labor and employment law principles and practices.


• Proven track record of successful case management and client representation.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly.

Preferred

• Experience with alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation or arbitration.

Compensation and Benefits
