MAJOR FUNCTION:
An EMT educator in NJ is responsible for teaching and supervising EMTs which include initial training, refreshers, and continuing education. Key duties include preparing and delivering instruction, evaluating performance, administering and assessing, and ensuring all training complies with state and national regulations like those from the New Jersey OEMS and NAEMT once certified as an EMT Instructor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience:
Experience teaching drivers training preferably EVOC, Initial EMT training program, EMT Refreshers BLS competencies or NAEMT courses, preferred.
