Ready to haul your way to a great career? Join Ideal Ready Mix as an End Dump Semi Driver and keep the concrete rolling! Drive heavy trucks safely to job sites, deliver materials, and occasionally operate a Ready-Mix truck – all while working outdoors with a great team.

What You’ll Do:

• Safely drive end dump and Ready-Mix trucks
• Deliver materials to job sites efficiently and professionally
• Complete daily inspections and maintain your truck
• Communicate with dispatch and follow safety protocols

• Valid CDL, safe driving record
• Heavy truck/ construction experience preferred
• Able to pass DOT drug screen and physical
• 21+ years old
