Endodontic Associate

The practice is experiencing tremendous growth and is supported by a top notch Partner, clinical and administrative team. Core Responsibilities

• Reports to and is mentored by Lead Partner Doctor.
• Helps set tone in the office and builds and maintains office culture.
• Sets clear expectations and provides training and coaching to clinical team on clinical process and preferences.
• Markets to new attain new and maintain existing referrals.
• Examining, diagnosing, and treating the nerve and dental tissue of a patient’s teeth
• Administering anesthetics
• Performing root canals and various endodontic surgeries such as apicoectomies
• Addressing traumatic dental injuries
• Staying up to date with new trends

Qualifications

• Surgical experience preferred
• DDS or DMD with a completed certificate of Residency from an accredited Endodontic Residency Program.
