Endpoint Technology Services Administrator

Requirements:

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ Years working in a Service Desk or Desktop Admin position.
• Experience working with diagnosing issues on PCs.
• Experience with MDM Solutions like Intune, Jamf, or Workspace1
• Strong focus Customer Service and Satisfaction.
• Strong Verbal and Written Communications Skills.
• Experience working in an Active Directory Domain Structure.
• Ability to diagnose technical issues with remote users over the phone.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Android operating systems
• 1+ Years working in a business environment as part of a team.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Hybrid 50% in office
• Valid Driver’s license

The estimated salary for this position ranges from $50,000 - $61,000 yearly. Actual compensation will vary based on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications.
