Job Description:

 

  • Enroll residential customer in energy related products by meeting with them in person and canvasing.
  • Maintain professional interactions with customers and coworkers.
  • Advise customers on the right products for their specific needs.
  • Meet and exceed sales and performance goals.
  • Work closely with your direct team and leadership.
  • Build long lasting relationships with your perspective customers for future upsells and referrals.
  • Generate additional product leads.

Your Role:


  • You will meet with residential customers to discuss their electricity, gas, and other product offering plans.
  • Enroll customers in our fixed -price energy plans and help them take control of their bills.
  • Work with your direct team and team leads to achieve collective goals.
  • Travel with your team from time to time to surrounding towns.
  • Promote additional company products and services.


Requirements

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Associated, or College degree would be a plus.
  • Coachable & trainable.
  • Team player.
  • Past sales experience is a plus, but not required. 
  • Optimistic and positive attitude. 
  • Travel from time to time (local State level)
  • Meet with potential customers face -to -face.
  • Have a desire for growth.
