Engagement Customer Representative

BVM Agency Inc is hiring for an Entry-Level Customer Engagement Representative in Pittsburgh, PA!

We’re expanding our team and looking for outgoing, people-focused individuals to join our customer experience division. This role involves face-to-face interaction in retail and event-based environments, helping customers learn about services and guiding them through the enrollment process.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Initiate conversations with customers in retail locations and at local events
• Provide clear, professional answers to product and service-related questions
• Assist new customers with enrollment and service selection
• Track outreach efforts, interactions, and sign-ups accurately
• Maintain a consistent, positive, and professional brand image

What We’re Looking For:

• Outgoing, approachable, and confident communicator
• Comfortable in a face-to-face, public-facing environment
• Motivated, reliable, and eager to grow
• Background in customer service, retail, or sales is a plus (not required)
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
