Engagement lead with management consulting or Strategic Ops at a startup .

We are looking for an Engagement Lead with 4-6 years of experience to join our high-visibility Future Platforms team. The ideal candidate is a high-performer from a consulting background who thrives in ambiguity and is energized by building things from the ground up. You will be a founding member of the team responsible for bringing the most important product in our company's history to market. This is a critical role that blends strategy, operations, and product to scale our next generation of AI products.

What will you be doing?

• Own the success of customer deployments end-to-end, from scoping and implementation to post-launch success.


• Serve as the bridge between clients and internal teams, translating real-world needs into clear requirements for Product and Engineering.


• Build and scale the operational playbook for our new platform, creating repeatable processes and systems to support rapid growth.


• Manage complex, multi-faceted client projects, aligning senior stakeholders and driving initiatives forward.


• Act as a strategic partner, working closely with the C-suite to shape product strategy and build a scalable post-sales motion.
