Engagement Manager

Lead client engagements and serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, including C-level executives. Manage multiple projects, define scope and deliverables, and ensure timely execution aligned with client expectations. Lead cross-functional teams, oversee performance, and ensure quality delivery across analytics and consulting engagements. 

• Utilize data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, and R, as well as data visualization platforms like Tableau and Power BI. 


• Translate complex business problems into structured analytical solutions, apply statistical modeling, machine learning techniques, and data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. 


• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts across Data, Analytics, Digital Operations, and Solutions to support account growth and innovation. 


• Contribute to business development, participate in industry forums, and promote EXL’s capabilities to external stakeholders. 


• Position may work at various and unanticipated worksites throughout the United States. Telecommuting permitted.

Requires Master’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Operations Research, or a related analytics field plus Six (6) years of Related professional experience. Experience must include: Six (6) years of experience with: SQL, Python, Tableau, and Excel. Four (4) years of experience with R and data-led storytelling. Two (2) years of experience with JIRA and data science and machine learning. Alternatively, Employer will also accept a Bachelor's degree plus eight (8) years of related professional experience. 

40 hours/week, 9:00am-5:00pm, Salary range: $170,000 to $175,000 per year.
