Job Description - ENROLLMENT MANAGER

Position: Enrollment Manager

Job Type: (Remote)

Jonesbororealtycompany is a leading real estate company in Jonesboro, offering a wide range of services including property management, sales, and leasing. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and building long-lasting relationships with our clients. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enrollment Manager to join our team.

Position Overview:

As the Enrollment Manager, you will be responsible for managing the enrollment process for new tenants and owners. You will work closely with our leasing and property management teams to ensure a smooth and efficient enrollment process for our clients. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the enrollment process for new tenants and owners, including conducting background checks, verifying income, and completing lease agreements

- Work closely with the leasing team to ensure all necessary documents and information are obtained from potential tenants

- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure a smooth transition for new owners, including setting up accounts and providing necessary information

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all enrollment activities

- Communicate effectively with clients to answer any questions and address any concerns they may have during the enrollment process

- Stay updated on industry regulations and make necessary changes to enrollment procedures to ensure compliance

- Train and supervise a team of enrollment coordinators to ensure consistency and efficiency in the enrollment process

- Develop and implement strategies to increase enrollment and improve overall enrollment experience for clients

- Collaborate with marketing team to create and distribute enrollment materials and information to potential clients

- Act as a liaison between clients and other departments within the company to resolve any issues or concerns related to enrollment

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in enrollment management, preferably in the real estate industry

- Strong knowledge of leasing and property management processes

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Experience with CRM software and data management systems

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to lead and train a team

- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
