Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Enrollment Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. The Enrollment Manager will be responsible for managing the enrollment process for our rental properties, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both tenants and property owners. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a background in real estate or property management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the entire enrollment process for rental properties, from initial application to move-in

- Work closely with potential tenants to answer any questions and guide them through the application process

- Conduct thorough background and credit checks on potential tenants

- Communicate with property owners to provide updates on the status of their property's enrollment process

- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure properties are move-in ready for new tenants

- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all enrollment processes

- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and ensure compliance with all leasing laws and regulations

- Handle any issues or concerns that may arise during the enrollment process in a timely and professional manner

- Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement strategies to attract potential tenants

- Provide exceptional customer service to both tenants and property owners throughout the enrollment process and beyond

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate or property management

- Strong understanding of leasing laws and regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software

- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
