As an Enrollment Specialist, you'll play a vital role in growing our school community by connecting with families and helping them find the right educational home for their child. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with entry-level sales or customer-facing experience who enjoys working toward goals, creating meaningful connections, and delivering exceptional service.
In this role, you will own the full enrollment journey-from first inquiry to onboarding-while delivering a warm, consultative experience that helps families feel confident in their decision. You will also support tuition management and ensure accurate records, making you a key contributor to both the family experience and the school's operational success.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for prospective families-responding promptly via phone, email, text, and in person
Build strong relationships by understanding family needs and guiding them through enrollment decisions
Schedule and conduct engaging, personalized school tours that highlight our programs, culture, and safety
Lead families through the enrollment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience
Maintain accurate student and family information in enrollment systems
Support tuition and billing processes, including payments, account follow-up, and basic financial communication
Assist with parent orientation and student transition, ensuring families feel supported from day one
Collaborate with school leadership and staff to create a positive, customer-focused environment
Support follow-up communication, retention efforts, and community engagement initiatives
Track progress toward enrollment goals and contribute to overall growth efforts
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, admissions, or retail strongly preferred
Comfortable working in a goal-driven environment with a focus on relationship-building
45 hours DCF training required (or willingness to complete within required timeframe)
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
