About the role.

McCain is seeking an experienced Enterprise Application Integration Capability Lead to drive the evolution of enterprise integration across global transformation initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA and broader application ecosystems. This role provides strategic leadership across integration architecture, platform ownership, and delivery governance.

Operating at the intersection of strategy, architecture, and execution, this leader will guide integration direction, influence stakeholders, manage delivery risk, and ensure scalable, secure, and business-aligned integration outcomes across both SAP and non-SAP landscapes.

What you’ll be doing.

  • Drive and evolve McCain’s enterprise integration strategy, roadmap, and governance framework

  • Own and govern integration platforms (e.g., iPaaS including IICS, SAP CPI), ensuring stability and scalability

  • Provide architecture oversight across API, event-driven, file, and batch integration patterns

  • Lead delivery governance across programs, ensuring consistency in execution, documentation, and quality

  • Partner with enterprise architecture to align integration solutions with standards and long-term strategy

  • Coordinate across business stakeholders, SI partners, vendors, AMS, and internal IT teams

  • Manage risks, dependencies, testing readiness, and transition-to-support activities

  • Ensure solutions align with “clean core” principles and reduce technical debt

  • Act as a trusted advisor to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Drive platform modernization and continuous improvement initiatives

What you’ll need to be successful.

  • 14+ years of experience in enterprise integration, architecture, or large-scale technology delivery

  • Strong expertise in enterprise integration strategy across complex global environments

  • Experience working with SAP and non-SAP ecosystems

  • Hands-on knowledge of integration platforms (e.g., SAP Integration Suite/CPI, Informatica IICS, API management)

  • Experience with API-led and event-driven architecture patterns

  • Proven ability to lead or govern multi-vendor and SI partner delivery models

  • Strong understanding of integration patterns (APIs, events, batch, application-to-application)

  • Experience supporting production environments, platform operations, and AMS coordination

  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills

  • Ability to balance architectural rigor with practical delivery outcomes

This role operates within McCain’s global technology and transformation organization, partnering closely with enterprise architecture, platform teams, business stakeholders, AMS providers, and multiple system integrators.
