The Opportunity
We are seeking proven Enterprise Sales Professionals who thrive on landing major accounts, building strategic shipper relationships, and generating high-margin revenue. This role focuses on prospecting, closing enterprise shippers, and building a large book of business.

Location: Urbandale, IA – Hiring local in office and Remote (U.S Based)

  • Deep knowledge of FTL, LTL, and logistics solutions

Requirements

Core Qualifications

  • 5+ years of freight brokerage or logistics sales experience 
  • Proven track record selling to mid-market and enterprise shippers 
  • Demonstrated success generating new revenue through prospecting and closing 
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders 
  • Strong understanding of freight markets, pricing, and capacity dynamics 
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred

   

Physical Expectations

  • Sedentary work – sit at a desk, use a computer and a phone for most of the day
  • Repetitive motion – type on a computer, write or dial on a phone
  • Hearing – be able to receive detailed information through oral communication
  • Talking – expressing or exchanging ideas by speaking when necessary
  • Visual – be able to see a computer screen, read reports and/or information
  • Pushing, pulling and/or lifting objects 25lbs or less
