Entry Level Event Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Event Assistant to support the planning and execution of live events, promotional campaigns, and client activations. This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in event coordination, marketing, public relations, and customer engagement with no prior experience required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of client events and promotional campaigns
• Support event setup, breakdown, and on-site operations
• Maintain clear communication with clients to understand goals, expectations, and event vision
• Provide real-time updates and assist in resolving client or event-related questions
• Coordinate event logistics including materials, staffing, and supplies
• Provide on-site support during events, including guest engagement and registration assistance
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth event execution
• Collect feedback from clients, attendees, and team members for continuous improvement
• Assist in preparing post-event reports and performance summaries

• Professional and confident interaction with clients, vendors, and team members
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, marketing, or event support roles
