Entry Level Inside Sales and Finance

Located in Orange, CA our business-to-business Inside Sales Professionals are responsible for selling a diversified range of financing and leasing solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. Our enthusiastic and driven sales professionals focus on prospecting new business opportunities, speaking with decision-makers, analyzing need and effectively deliver value-add solutions.

This sought after sales position provides an opportunity to earn what you’re worth.

Responsibilities:

1.    Using company provided leads, you will prospect and identifying qualified buyers for company products.

2.    Analyze need and credit worthiness to deliver appropriate financial solutions.

3.    Collaborate with Company departments to efficiently complete client transactions.

4.    Strong willingness to initiate, establish and nurture meaningful business relationships over the phone. Please Note: You will be required to make 150 outbound calls per day to business owners.

Compensation, Benefits and Training Package

1.      12-month training program

2.      Competitive Base Salary DOE $2,000 - $2,500 + Uncapped Commissions

3.      Un-capped commission plan and possible residual income

4.      Comprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision and 401(k) after 90-days of employment

5.      Average Income Year 1: 35-50K, Year 2: 60-75K Year 3: $100K+

Requirements:

1.      High school diploma/GED required, BS/BA preferred

2.      Positive and enthusiastic and hard-working demeanor

3.      Ability to adapt to change in a highly dynamic work environment

4.      Outstanding written and verbal communication

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

1.    6 months inside sales experience

2.    Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, Outlook

3.    Experience with conceptual, consultative value-based selling

4.    Experience working in a performance based environment
