We are seeking an Entry-Level skill level technician to join the fastest growing Ford Dealership in Wisconsin!

Automotive Technician Qualifications:

  High school diploma/GED preferred

  Automotive school/training is a plus, but not required

  Basic computer literacy required

  Valid driving record

Technician Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Perform basic maintenance and automotive services.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist experienced technicians with repairs and diagnostics.

  
  


• 
  

  Perform oil changes, tire services, brake inspections, and other routine services.

  
  


• 
  

  Learn to diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns.

  
  


• 
  

  Use Ford service information and diagnostic equipment.

  
  


• 
  

  Perform vehicle inspections and document findings.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

  
  


• 
  

  Follow dealership and Ford safety and repair procedures.

  Continue developing your skills through hands-on training.
